I was going to focus specifically on one board, the infamous TER. After making the rounds, its going to be expanded upon.
Board owners are not to be envied. They have a tough job, listening to all of us bitch about them and the way they handle their boards. They own it, they can do whatever with it. However, some behaviors do cross the line. This business is what it is. We don't have to be assholes, though. We can have some sort of ethics. Our own set of little codes. There is no way in hell I would be able to have the patience to deal with people on that level, continous bitching. Some owners let the fact they own a board go to their head, though. Case in point, the owner of TER. Google Dave Elms, or The Erotic Review , and see what ya find. They are listed at Rip Off Reports.com & sexwork.com. Dave is known for unethical behavior such as blackmailing girls to give him freebies. Thats just the tip of the iceberg.
At one board, which was just recently started, there is a debate on how to decide who to give access to private ladies boards. The discussion started out fairly decent. It has now slid into drama, and personal bullshit. Both sides are easily seen. The board owner can give access to anyone he wants, it's his board. However, when one unknown hooker is given access just like that over another one who is known to be cool, and all that, its obvious something is off. Unknown as in no reviews and all that. What the fuck ever. Favoritism in whoring, who woulda thought it possible?
Ok, to make this entry fair, because I've bitched about john behavior, lets switch focus.
Hookers arent immune to this kind of bullshit. There are some who pull the same thing as the "clients" do. Case in point, a Midwest board. It has been owned by a SP who nitpicked on and banned girls just because she didnt want alot of competition. Ladies in whoreland can be just as mean as some of the guys.
There are some good ones, though, on both sides. I know some great slatterns and gents.
